Xtreme Clean is on the lookout for dynamic individuals to join our ever growing operations team in Kalamazoo and Traverse City!
Founded in Traverse City, our flagship location has grown from two simple in-bay automatic Touchless Washes and 4 Self-Serve wash bays; to THREE in-bay automatic Choice Washes and 2 Self-Serve wash bays. This has only increased our ability to provide the ultimate wash experience and product that our customers have come to know and love to more people while decreasing the wait time before the wash.
Our Kalamazoo market consists of 5 individual locations located across the area from Plainwell to Portage. Our Site Supervisors take on the role of maintaining the highest quality customer experience at the site level. This is done by daily ensuring that their assigned location is consistently up and running, providing the highest quality final product, and getting Xtreme Clean expectations based on our Core Values, to ensure that the customer expectations are exceeded every time!
Daily tasks include:
- Equipment Functionality Checks
- Simple troubleshooting and Minor Maintenance
- Cleaning of each wash bay
- Cleaning of vacuums
- Emptying trashes
- Basic grounds maintenance
- Resetting washes as needed
- Maintaining superior customer service while on site
current Positional Requirements include:
- Valid drivers license
- Clean driving record
- Access to reliable transportation (no public transportation please)
- Ability to be in close proximity to cleaning and car wash chemicals
- Ability to work directly with chemicals
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
- Ability to pass a drug test prior to and during employment
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to work up to 50 out of 52 weekends (Friday - Sunday) of the year (Weekends are required for this position)
- Ability to operate and work with hand tools, power tools, and high pressure cleaning equipment.
